Join Heel & Toe Children’s Charity for bucket collection at Little Lindi Festival
Heel & Toe, the only charity in North East England providing subsidised therapies to children with physical disabilities and complex needs, is seeking volunteers to join its bucket collection at this year’s Little Lindi Festival.
The family camping festival, scheduled from July 26 to 28 at Lambton Park, promises an immersive experience filled with music, arts, and various performances.
Bucket collections play a critical role in funding Heel & Toe’s essential work, ensuring children facing physical challenges receive the necessary support.
By volunteering to assist with collections at the festival, individuals can play a significant role in making these services accessible to all who need them.
Mandy Hammond, Community Fundraiser, said: “We’re calling on individuals who share our passion for supporting children with disabilities to make a difference by volunteering for the bucket collection at this year’s festival. All contributions, no matter how small, will make a meaningful impact in the lives of these children and their families.”
A Little Lindi Festival spokesperson said: “We are delighted to partner with Heel & Toe as our charity of the year. As a local event, we are delighted that we can help a local charity raise awareness and raise funds for such a vital cause.”
